To order online using our secure Shopping Cart

 

The Shopping Cart is simple and easy to use.
When you have added all of the items you want to order, click "Check Out" and you will go to the "Check Out Log-In" area. If you are a first time user, click on "New User." We strongly recommend that you use your e-mail address as your username. Then you will be asked to complete your billing, shipping, and payment information, and to create and confirm your password (write it down for future reference!). When you have verified that your entries are correct, click the "Register" button at the bottom of the page.

 

On the "Check Out" page, verify that your personal information and your order are exactly as you want them. When you are sure the information is correct, click the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page. Then you will see the "Order Confirmation" page.

Payments

 

•   Online orders via our shopping cart, we accept all credit cards and PayPal.
•   Wholesaler orders are paid via wire transfer to our account in Bank of America

 

Returns

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. We fully guarantee all our products and want you to be as pleased with your purchases as we are to serve you.

 

Products purchased via our shopping cart may be returned within 7 days for a full refund; (shipping costs are not refundable). All items must be in saleable condition, and return authorization is required as Larimar Wholesalers cannot accept unauthorized returns. Products purchased under our CLEARANCE Discount are not returnable.

 

If you have an item to return, please contact us at returns@larimarwholesalers.com and supply the following information:
•   Account and/or invoice number(s)
•   Item(s) being returned (order codes and titles)
•   Reason(s) for return

 

 

We will provide instructions and adjust your account.

 

Orders are shipped promptly from Waltham, MA; standard shipment is via UPS Ground, but Express Delivery is available for all orders. Please contact our Customer Service Department for shipping and handling charges on volume orders.
