Warranty – Peace of mind when ordering from us

All items come with a 30 days warranty. Our products are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials. Every one of our pieces is skillfully crafted and is carefully inspected for defects before shipment. However, in the unlikely event of damage resulting from a manufacturing defect, we will be glad to repair or replace your piece free of charge. We reserve the right to examine the piece to determine the cause of damage. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for damage due to abuse or to normal wear and tear.

Shipping Carriers – USPS or FeDex

We Use USPS or FeDex. The carrier used will depend on your location and the type or qty. of products in your order.  You will be notified when your order ships which carrier will be used and a tracking number.

Hassle – free returns

We stand behind all the products that we sell. You can return most items within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date. In order to process your request efficiently, please contact us first before returning an item. Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original unused condition. We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on: — Items returned after 30 calendar days from the original ship date. — Custom orders. — Items purchased on sale or discounted. Your refund will be credited to your credit card, Paypal account or we will exchange the item if you prefer. We will refund the price of the item, less the original shipping fee (if any). For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured. All returns should be shipped to our location in USA. Please contact us before returning your purchase. PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURNS Earrings, sale or discounted items, custom items, wholesale deals are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Backorders – made to order products

Occasionally,  we need to produce some of the products ordered by you, specially for bulk orders products. In the eventual case that items ordered are not in stock to be shipped immediately, we will contact you to let you know the estimated delivery date.
